1. Drop off Vehicle for Repair

A qualified service advisor will do a complete walk around with the customer to ensure that all damage is listed on the original estimate and also to check for any existing damage. The advisor will also go over payment options.

2. Disassembly

Certified Auto Body Center will assign your vehicle to a technician to disassemble the damaged areas of your vehicle and order parts as needed. Parts are pre ordered on scheduled appointments.

Parts availability may vary per manufacturer which may cause delay.

3. Supplement Request

It is not uncommon to identify more damage during the repair process that may require additional parts and labor that were not included in on the original estimate. This is called a supplement.

If any additional damage is identified, Certified Auto Body Center will contact the insurance company and call you with a revised delivery date.

4. Body Repairs Begin

This is the most time consuming step. The technician will complete the required repairs per the estimate.

5. Paint process begins

The painter follows a 3 step paint process to ensure a factory finish

The painter will mix paint needed for your vehicle by using the factory paint code.

6. Vehicle is reassembled

The technician will reassemble all parts of the vehicle and review the estimate to make sure the repairs were completed correctly

7. Safety Check

The technician will take the vehicle for a test drive.

Specialty mechanical or electrical work will be completed if necessary.

Examples include suspension, air bag service, and resetting of electrical components.

8. Quality control process

A thorough inspection of all repairs will be completed and your vehicle will be washed and scheduled for delivery

9. Repairs Complete

Certified Auto Body Center will call you with a pick up time.

10. Delivery

Customer completes inspection upon delivery and then back on the road.
